Our shopping cart system is on a separate secure server and your orders are
fulfilled by Phs International Online.
How
much will shipping cost?
We charge a flat $6.00 for shipping to anywhere in the US except AK and HI. For
AK, HI, and international we will contact you to determine the best method of
shipping based on you order and destination.
How long have you been in business?
Since 1990.

you have a paper catalog?
Not at this time.
Do you have a retail store front.
No, however, we do sell to retail stores all over the world.

Will my order be sent discreetly?
Yes, the company name phs will appear on your shipment, invoice,
and phsi inc on the credit card statement.
I would like to order
but is my credit card going to be safe?
When you enter your credit card number during the check out process you enter a
secure server to process your credit card.
You have the option of calling or faxing in your information with the
toll free numbers on our contact us page.
I do not
have, or do not want to use, a credit card, can I still order?
Yes, place your order online and choose snail mail as method of payment when
checking out. We will email you with a total and an address to send a check or
Money Order. Or send your order and check to the address on our contact
us page and we will send you order when we get your check. Money Orders are
processed faster since personal checks must clear our bank before the order
ships.
Will my personal information be
shared with others?
All your personal information will be kept confidential and never
sold or shared with other companies.
How long does it take to receive my
order?
We strive to have everything in stock and ship within 24 to
48 hours. Standard shipping is UPS ground from Phoenix
AZ USA and takes 1-5 business days for an address in the
continental US. Upgraded shipping is available at additional cost.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will contact you regarding when the item will be available.
You can decide to have us hold you order or ship the out of stock item
when it is available.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We stand behind all our products, and will accept resalable
products for exchange or credit. Please contact us for a RA
number prior to returning product.
I have seen a product but I
can't find it on your site?
Contact
us about any product you are
looking for. We will do our
best to find it for you.
I have an idea for a product can you
make it?
Probably. We manufacture many of our products and have
sources
to virtually anything imaginable. This includes custom products with
your name or other personalized information. Contact us about any
